Get a Small Waist and Look Sexy!


Want some exercises for the waist so you can quickly get a small waist and look more sexy and feminine? If so, you're in luck. I have a few of those exercises I'm going to share with you. If you want a smaller waist, then take the next 2 minutes to read this article right now.

Exercises for the Waist

1. Side plank

While lying on your side, raise up and put all your weight on your forearm. So basically, all your upper body weight is on your forearm and all your lower body weight is on your feet since they are the only things touching the ground. Hold that for as long as you can.

Do 2 sets with each side of your body. This should take you no more than 2 minutes. The isometric tension of maintaining this position has an incredible affect on your abdominal muscles.

2. If you want flatter abs, do sprints

You can do sprints up some stairs or out on the sidewalk. Here are the parameters that work best for FAST weight loss. Sprint for 10-15 seconds. You will sprint hard... this isn't easy. You can't maintain this kind of high intensity for more than 15 seconds. So switch to walking up or down the stairs... or just plain walking after the sprints. Do this lower intensity walking for anywhere from 15 seconds up to 45 seconds.

Keep switching back and forth between those. Why this isn't a direct abs exercise, the fat from your waist and love handles will quickly start shrinking and diminishing.

These are 2 of the best exercises for the waist. Do them if you want to get a small waist... or at the very least, a smaller waist.
